Privacy & activity measurement
We measure how this website is used to improve apartment listings and make it easier to contact Bobby. Activity measurement starts September 28, 2026.
What is measured
Page views, apartment cards visible on screen, referral website names, broad screen-size category, and clicks on email, phone, text, listing, tour, consultation and payment links. Preparing a consultation email draft is also counted.
These events do not tell us whether an email was sent, a call connected, a payment completed or a consultation was booked.
Browser identifiers
A randomly generated browser ID is stored on your device for up to 30 days. A separate temporary ID groups activity in the same tab into visits, with a new visit after 30 minutes of inactivity. These IDs help estimate visitors; they do not identify a person.
Measurement records are stored with this website for up to 90 days, with older records removed when new events arrive. They include the event time and the details above. We do not put names, email addresses, phone numbers, form entries, IP addresses, full referral URLs or URL query strings in these activity records. Hosting and payment providers may separately process technical information when you use their services.
Your choice
You can turn activity measurement off in this browser. We also honor supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Blocking measurement does not affect rental listings or contact options.
Your preference applies to this browser and can be reset by clearing its website storage. If browser storage is blocked, the preference may not persist; browser privacy controls remain available.
Contact and external services
