Bobby Florian is a New York City Associate Broker with deep roots in Queens and a lifelong connection to the city. Having studied and worked in New York since the age of fourteen, he brings an intimate understanding of Manhattan’s neighborhoods and a practical, street-level perspective to every client relationship.
His interest in real estate began while working in his father’s carpentry business, renovating apartments throughout Manhattan. That hands-on experience gave Bobby an appreciation for how homes are built, how spaces can be improved, and what clients should consider beyond the surface. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College, he joined BOND New York and built his career helping clients navigate buying, selling, and leasing with knowledgeable guidance and attentive service.
A dedicated student of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Marcelo Garcia, Bobby brings discipline, persistence, and composure to his work.
